How long does shipping take?

Which model do I need for my washer and dryer?
Check the plug on each machine. Most North American homes use a 120 V washer with a 240 V electric dryer (WD-120-240). Gas dryers use 120 V (WD-120-120). Outside the USA and Canada, choose the 240 V / 240 V model — it works on both 50 Hz and 60 Hz.
Do I need an electrician to install it?
No special wiring is required — the timer plugs in between the wall outlet and your appliance. Installation videos are on this page, and you can book a professional installation appointment after checkout if you prefer.
What coins and payments does the timer accept?
